Delivery And Returns Policy
We currently deliver to ROI only. For deliveries outside ROI, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 00-353-21-4881010 regarding your query, and we will do our best to facilitate your request.
Please note that our webshop is supplied from our Cork store. The online pricing does not necessarily reflect the same in-store pricing as our Cork and Wexford stores. Different pricing and special offers may apply in-store to online, including delivery charges.
**All online deliveries are proceeding as normal currently, with a delivery time of approx. 7 days for standard deliveries. Larger sized deliveries can have a delivery time of between 10 – 14 working days.**
An Post small packet delivery €1.50
(includes vouchers, seeds etc)
Standard parcel courier delivery €8.00
(5-7 working days; includes packages up to 25kg, free delivery on orders totalling over €75 (excludes bulky items))
Bulky courier delivery €65.00
(10-14 working days; delivery will be confirmed by the courier; signature required; includes items such as furniture, BBQs, large garden ornaments)
Live Plants Delivery
Live plant delivery is calculated in accordance with the size box required to facilitate safe packaging and delivery of the plant.
Please note that we cannot guarantee a particular delivery day or time
Click & Collect
We have a free Click & Collect service available from our Cork store only. Collections will be available on Monday – Fridays only. Simply enter the discount code: COLLECT at the checkout stage in the cart. Orders must be collected within 2 weeks of placing the order.
If you are unhappy with your online purchase, we will either refund or exchange your item within 28 days with proof of purchase if the item is in a condition suitable for resale. The cost of returns will be incurred by the customer. Ideally, the items should be returned in the original packaging. The cost of the initial delivery cannot be refunded. Sale items will only be refunded by exchange or by a Botanic Home & Garden Centre voucher. Please contact us on 021-4881010 or at email@example.com to organise a return, or you can visit us in store at our Cork store. Please bring proof of purchase with you.
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us on receipt of the item at 021-4881010 or at firstname.lastname@example.org . We may require photographic evidence of the fault so we can proceed with organising a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. Please include your name, order number and contact details, along with a description of the fault, with any online return queries.
Returns can take several days to go through on your account. We will let you know when we are processing your refund. Please allow some extra time for the monies to enter your account.
In the case of live plants, we will take every care to ensure the plants arrive in the best condition. We cannot be held responsible for plant failure due to poor planting, drought, frost, poor soil at your location, damage from strimmers or lawnmowers, damage by animals, chemical spray damage etc. If you have a question about the care of your plants, please feel free to contact us for advice.
